once again

another amazing weekend!
:] and it leaves me excited for this weekend
on saturday i went to tonys house
i had a really good time looking through old photo albums of him when he was a kid
sooo cute! and vietnam looks really nice
dang it must be a lot of fun getting to ride an elephant around to wherever :]
we had an adoration practice around 2ish
and then after that we went to the church to help set up for the dinner being held
but we got there too late, soo we met up with mike and steve at the mervyns at bella terra.

at around 6ish we headed back to the church
woo really good dinner :]

sunday was the C1 retreat.
at one point during the retreat, i started wishing that i had another group of girls
the group of girls i had were really hard to work with, especially if one looks at life as a bunch of partying.
in the beginning she was constantly putting on makeup and in my head i'm thinking okay.. you don't even need that much makeup on, i mean who are you trying to impress here?
but thank goodness she put it away before the retreat officially started
they were a tough group to get to open up
but in the end they felt comfortable around each other
the talks were okay, i was really blown away by sara's talk.
during the retreat i kept thinking how my brother was doing and if he was participating and opening up
i honestly can't see that kid opening up to something like this
so i'm curious of how his retreat experience was and who his leader was.
after the retreat, 10 of us had dinner at dennys
:] tony didn't go home
so i was able to see him on monday
we shared chicken and rice for lunch
played maps :]
went to hallmark to get a card for carol
we went to his moms work to give the card to her for her birthday but it turned out we just missed her =[
so after that we went to disneyland
=]
gahh i love disneyland on a weekday! it isn't super crowded and the lines aren't like an hour wait
after disneyland, we had pho with his parents for dinner :]
then went off on a vaseline hunt at target!
i was able to find really good blistex and the small travel size vaseline
and the blistex cream is actually working!

no more chapped cracked up lips!
