so i looked up some stuff and did my research
on why and what is causing my stomach to make these weird noises that sounds like farts.
and yea. i guess i'm not the only one who has this... =/ hmmm.
one person was like, "your farts maybe went thru your stomach because they're tired of going thru your ass..." wtf.
but gah! thats not the case. lol. and people have taken meds for this sort of condition.... i'm not even on any meds! and i've had this for years.. and i'm scared that it'll get worse. and i wouldn't like it to get worse.

one person visited her doctor and her doctor said that air is just trapped in your stomach! and WOW he didn't even do anything about it.

so i've come to the conclusion and am going to try this out to see if it stops these weird noises.

1. don't eat fast. slow down.
2. eat to the point when comfortable. no overfilling on food.
3. don't eat or don't eat a lot if my stomach is in knots due to stress.. [probably what i was feeling yesterday. knots in my stomach]
4. eat roughage 2 to 3 times per week? Gosh. I don't even know what the heck that is.
5. Cut down on sugared foods and candy [ sorry shaved ice and brick toast]
6. drink plenty of water
7. cut down on dairy products... =[

this makes me sad honestly. i love eating fast even though i don't intend to eat fast and beat everyone, i just feel good and well happy that i can now put my mind on other things besides eating...? I'm one of those people that try to finish food even if i'm full.. because i hate to waste =[ WHAT's roughage? i just looked it up and its another name for dietary fiber. interesting. I know I can do without sugar/candy. I"ve done it for long periods of time back in the day after being scared of getting diabetes since my dad has it. i will have water after each meal. and ugh i've also read that all this stomach crap is due to being lactose intolerant. im lactose intolerant yet i still drink stuff containing lactose.. hmm.. i need to switch milk?

april is stress month
i'm stressing on whether i'll pass my classes
my school admissions status
midterm this monday
i started running today to sorta relax my mind.
i think i need to be more active too
so im adding that so my list is a list of 8 things to do.
